Delete your Rynuu account

You can delete your Rynuu account (Rynuu, by Onix Performance, LLC) at any time.

In the app
Open Rynuu → My Profile (clients) or Edit Profile (professionals) → Delete account.

By email
Email admin@rynuu.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted
Your profile, photos, messages, notes, workouts, check-ins and weight readings are deleted or anonymized within 30 days.

What we keep
Records of payments, refunds and payouts, without your name, for as long as tax and financial laws require (usually up to 7 years).

Before you delete

• Upcoming sessions: these are cancelled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Unused class-pack classes: these are lost when you delete your account.

• Professionals with a trainer plan: deleting your account stops the plan from renewing. That applies to plans through Stripe and through Google Play.
